Fiber Optic Cable Floor Mounting Apparatus
For star floors to be built with a fiber optic lighting system, fiber optic cables are laid on the main concrete and then a leveling screed with a thickness of approximately 5 cm to 8 cm is poured on it. However, there are some problems during screed casting.
In the floor application, situations such as the fiber optic cable end remaining in the concrete or breaking during the screeding occur most of the time. In this case, the desired result cannot be achieved by wasting the effort, time and money spent.
In order to eliminate these negativities, we have developed the patented fiber optic cable floor mounting apparatus, which we have developed with our expertise in fiber optic lighting, especially for fiber optic cables.
Thanks to the floor mounting apparatus, after the leveling screed is placed on the fiber optic cables laid on the floor, the cables are kept straight without breaking and with the ends facing upwards as sprouts.

Application
- The points where the fiber optic cable ends are desired are marked on the floor.
- The fiber optic mounting apparatus adheres to the floor surface marked with epoxy.
- After the epoxy adhesive dries, the fiber optic cable ends are attached to these apparatus and the process is completed.
